* REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY : Please note that the enrollment to any of the above courses includes and indicates the agreement to the following refund & cancellation policy.
Any cancellation received by NASA prior to 1 week of beginning of course will be refunded 100%. Cancellations received less than 1 week prior to commencement of course are not eligible for a refund. Applicant can however retain the credit for future courses and products. NASA (North American Sommelier Association) will make all efforts to satisfy a course completion but retains the right to cancel the course up to 24 hours before the date and time of commencement with a 100% refund.
NASA (North American Sommelier Association) is solely responsible for the ‘enrollment fee’ of its courses. NASA (North American Sommelier Association) is NOT responsible or liable for any and all costs/expenses sustained by the applicant including but not limited to transportation expenses (flights, train tickets, gasoline), hotel and lodging expenses, communication costs, per diem expenses.
**Starting 2014, the ‘Italian Wine Specialist’ written examination can be retaken for those who did not pass the exam the 1st attempt for a $70.00 fee (each attempt) with no limit on attempts.
